The easiest way to insure yourself a ride is to inquire with the bartender at the Boom Chicago Comedy Club, between noon and 5:00 p.m. Boom Chicago is located at Leidseplein 12, in the center of Amsterdam.

We do not operate a set schedule. Departures vary from day to day. Our boat captains do this in their spare time, however trips go out primarily in the afternoons and last from 75 to 90 minutes. During the warm summer months we also run a few night boats. Since our boats are small, we unfortunately must sometimes turn people away. If you wait to inquire on the day you want to ride, you have a good chance of being disappointed.

To insure yourself a ride, it’s always best to check out availabilities as soon as possible after you arrival in town. The good thing is that you’ll almost certainly pass by the Leidseplein as you go about the city. Stop by early on during your stay and you will have a good chance of getting signed up for a ride a day of two in the future.
